Automatic Flip Flop Machine Main Features: a) Machine Introduce The machine adopts servo transmitting with the features of quick response and accurate control. It can realize a non-stop running a speed of 10000 sheets/hour with 7 mm thickness of 5 ply paper sheet. b) Key features: l Accelerating unit :This main function of this part is to separate the sheets from the conveyor by accelerating the conveying speed so that it can go to the flip-flop easily. l Unique turning structure of this machine can shorten the turning time, ensuring the stable running at high speed. l Aligning device together with the main and vice collecting system makes the machine run without stopping when pile is delivered out. It not only ensures a neat sheet pile but also improves the production efficiency greatly. l The sheet send to the non-slip belt of the flip-flop machine, and aligning by side lay. The pressing wheel speed is faster than the belts, it can help the sheets to the separated device easily. l When change the size of conveying unit, the belts can be moved automatically. b) Stacking Unit l The width adjustment of side lay is coincident with the conveying unit, make the order change easy and fast. l Adjustable photoelectric and reflect mirror is convenient to stacking height adjusting.
