Description of the main components
The equipment is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, the melting device, the vacuum system, and the medium frequency power supply.
Vacuum melting chamber
The vacuum melting chamber is composed of a vertical furnace body and a furnace cover. Both the furnace body and the furnace cover are of double-layer shell structure with cooling water in the middle. The furnace cover, furnace inner wall and flange are all made of 304 stainless steel. The furnace outer wall is made of high-quality carbon steel. The inner wall is finely polished to facilitate the removal of dust. The inner diameter of the furnace is 800mm. The inner layer is made of 5mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer layer is made of 5mm thick high-quality carbon steel plate.
The furnace cover is lifted by lifting jack and rotated manually. An observation window is provided on the furnace cover.
Induction melting device
The melting device includes an inductor, a fixed plate and a bracket. The inductor is made of high-quality copper components. The induction coil is wound by copper tube cooled by water internally and with external connection. The melting device features firm structure, convenient operation and long service life.
