The thermal insulating material of the pre insulated pipe is high density cfc-free polyurethane foam density ≥60kg/m3 thermal conductivity ≤0.033W/mk The outer jacket of the pre insulated pipe is hdpe pipe or galvanized steel jacket. PE material:PE100 PE density ≥940kg/m3 surface treatment:corona(to improve the adhesive with the polyurethane foam layer)
