ALU threaded tank caps in aluminium or stainless steel, complete of different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. The following standard threads are available: 1” male and female 1” 1/2 male 2″ male and female M60X2 female M80X2 female ALU filling plugs are available hermetic or ventilated.  With the exception of ALU 1 “caps, all the other versions of the ALU tank plugs can be equipped with a specific controlled ventilation system through unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, they limit the loss of fuel. We can provide other threads on request and we can manufacture ALU tank caps in different colours and with customized writings, company logos and drawings. They can also be equipped with removable filter and safety chain or cables. For a perfect match, we suggest to combine our ALU tank caps with our threaded filling systems, with our niches 60 F series for fuel and oil flexible pipes or with our complete loading systems. The ALU series threaded filler plugs are suitable for various applications in different fields. In particular they are widely used on tanks of agricultural and earthmoving machines, irrigators, motor pumps, hydraulic power units, generators, powered accesses, etc..
