The FP 211 extraction system is characterized by its contamination-free, patented filter change and is particularly suitable for extracting large quantities of dry dust. This makes it ideal for industrial dust extraction processes, for example in plastics processing when drilling or polishing, as well as when mixing or transferring powders in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its cleaning filter cartridges use compressed air blasts for self-cleaning, which results in an enormously long service life compared to conventional saturation filters.
The system offers easy dust removal due to a removable dust collection container, ensures permanent monitoring and control, and has a high adsorption capacity due to optional activated carbon granulate. Depending on the application, the FP 211 can be equipped with different filter cartridges and motor concepts to ensure optimum adaptation. The special cleaning control also contributes to a considerable extension of the filter service life.
Technically, the FP 211 supports an air volume flow of 2000 m³/h and an effective air volume flow of 300-1500 m³/h at a maximum static pressure of 5500 Pa. It operates with 400 V (3P+N), a frequency of 50/60 Hz and a motor output of 3 kW. The sound level is approx. 68 db(A), supported by a brushless motor and a 25-pin Sub-D serial interface.
