Description

The FP 211 ATEX filter and extraction system is designed for safe extraction of explosive dusts, meeting ATEX directive standards for use in zone 21. It features a self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge cleaned by compressed air, enabling safe management of flammable dusts. The system supports easy dust removal through a removable container and offers additional air purification with activated carbon granulate. Its adaptability is enhanced by selectable motors and filters, and its cleaning control system prolongs filter life. SafeChange technology ensures contamination-free filter changes, and a molecular sieve combats gaseous pollutants. The FP 200 ATEX, with a 3.0 kW motor, is suitable for high dust volumes and comes in various configurations including dust class M and H13 filters, with options for an activated carbon filter module. It boasts a 2000 m³/h air flow, 300-1500 m³/h effective flow, 5500 Pa pressure, and operates at 400 V and 50/60 Hz, maintaining a 68 db(A) noise level with a brushless motor and a serial interface, making it a versatile choice for industrial use.
