The FP 150 filter cartridge extraction system is designed for the effective extraction and filtering of dry metal or ceramic dusts generated during machining operations such as grinding, turning, milling, CNC machining, drilling, mechanical engraving, rotary engraving, routing, and chip collection. These dusts can be carcinogenic and trigger dangerous explosions.
The system features a self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge that, through special cleaning controls, is freed from dust accumulation, significantly extending the filter's service life. It offers an option for low-contamination dust disposal and can be equipped with measures against gaseous pollutants using a molecular sieve, as well as air recirculation or exhaust air ducts. Optionally, the system can be enhanced with activated carbon granulate for high adsorption power.
The FP 150 is available in various configurations, including a basic version with dust class M and an extended filter area provided by an H13 particle filter, as well as with automatic cleaning functionality. It supports various operating modes for filter cleaning and boasts technical specifications such as a maximum air volume flow of 280 m³/h, an effective air volume flow of 30 - 250 m³/h, a maximum static pressure of 20000 Pa, a voltage range of 100-240 V, a frequency of 50/60 Hz, a motor power of 1.1 kW, a sound level of approximately 64 db(A), and a brushless motor drive.
The FP 150 is particularly well-suited for applications involving large quantities of dust from activities including weld cleaning, grinding, CNC processes, drilling, grinding, mechanical and rotary engraving, routing, and chip collection.
