The TBH Health Pro Silence system is an optimal solution for dermatology clinics and operating rooms. With its high performance, it supports a variety of procedures, including laser ablation and traditional methods, by effectively capturing smoke and particles while operating quietly and can be operated remotely. Equipped with a great air flow rate and extensive filter surface area, it ensures excellent air purification. The unique, patented InLine pre-filter in the extraction arm isolates particles as they are created, which extends the service life of the main filters and minimizes cleaning effort. The use of a replaceable HEPA H14 particle filter in combination with an activated carbon filter effectively neutralizes odors and reduces the cost of replacement filters. According to the DIN EN 1822 standard, HEPA filters of classes H13 and H14 are defined for air purification, with H13 filtering at least 99.95% and H14 at least 99.995% of particles in the 0.1 to 0.3 µm range. H13 is used in laboratories and hospitals, while H14 is intended for particularly sensitive areas such as clean rooms in semiconductor production. The technical specifications include an air flow rate of 100 to 300 m³/h, a motor power of 0.6 kW with a brushless motor and a noise level of around 53 db(A). The filter equipment includes the patented InLine pre-filter, an H14 particle filter and an activated carbon filter, which together offer strong adsorption performance against gaseous substances and odors.
