Description

The GL 230 extraction unit from the "Green Line" series, designed for noise-sensitive environments such as laboratories and surgeries, is characterized by environmentally friendly and energy-saving features. It achieves a maximum air volume flow of 350 m³/h, operates effectively in the range from 100 to 300 m³/h and maintains a static pressure of 6000 Pa. The motor power is 0.6 kW with a sound level of approx. 53 db(A), which ensures quiet operation. A 25-pin Sub-D interface offers versatile connection options. Various filter configurations are available: GL 230 with pre-filter mat (F5), particle filter (H13) and activated carbon. GL 230 A combines pre-filter mat (F5) with activated carbon. GL 230 Z uses particle filter (H13) and Z-Linepanel Plus filter (F7). GL 230 ZA integrates particle filter (H13), Z-Linepanel Plus filter (F7) and activated carbon. The system offers safety in occupational health and safety, in particular the Z and ZA variants are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 21904-1 / -2 by the Institute for Occupational Safety (IFA). It is low-noise, enables energy savings of up to 65% and comes with a comprehensive range of accessories for reliable operation. Activated carbon granulate is available as an option for increased adsorption capacity. The GL 230 is ideal for applications that place high demands on environmental awareness, low noise and energy efficiency.
