Powder Level/Piezoelectric Toner Sensors make possible the accurate detecting of fine toner residue and the high-accuracy controlling of toner refilling with piezoelectric ceramic and vibrating structures that have been optimized specifically for toner detections. There is no deterioration in the components, and this leads to highly reliable detections and the increased service life of the machines. Piezoelectric ceramic is used in the detection parts to make detections possible regardless of magnetism or non-magnetism and features the use of ASICs for piezoelectric ceramic driving optimized for toner detections with our own structuring that makes high-accuracy driving possible. It is used for detecting residual toner for printers and various types of residual powders.
