TDM Systems provides presetter interfaces for your presetting devices for safe and quick setup
The interface TDM presetting systems supports the provision of nominal data and measuring program parameters for various presetting systems. (icon)
The interface TDM – presetting systems supplies various setting devices with correct cutting tool data: Both measuring program parameters and the nominal data of the cutting tools to be measured are available directly in the setting device at the right time. After measuring, the interface sends the actual values back to TDM.
Efficiently transferring data to the presetting device via presetter interfaces
The interface transfers tool parameters of tool assemblies (nominal data) from TDM directly to the presetting device. This allows the user to send the data for the toolholders from TDM to the presetting device. Re-transferring actual measured data to TDM for each tool or for all cutting tools on a tool list is simple. This is the basis for tool provision.
Further functions of the interface TDM – presetting systems
The interface enables correct tool preparation and tool measurement within the specified tolerances
The user therefore communicates via direct database communication
The interface stores the actual measured tool data in TDM, making the data directly available for the production process
