LDP120MN/3/PR/D is the most versatile line series for the production of medium and large carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel components. Control Room 12000 Tons Press with 3 work stations 4000 Kg Manipulator TECH-600M Descaler with a range diameter from min. 180 mm to max. 600 mm H1000 mm. LDP120MN/3/PR/D works in complete autonomy starting from the oven exit to the deburred piece finally deposited on the unloading station. The complete process is controlled by our high-tech supervisory system. The complete set-up takes about 30 minutes. The upper and lower molds are locked by the automatic hydraulic system. For the set-up, the machine operator can use the console with a radio control handset. This makes all the process, even in its most critical points, easy and fast to manage and so ensuring the highest European standards of safety at work. Set up is easy and fast: the operator would just enter the raw piece data and the finished piece sizes. The automatic control system manages both the approaching heights, with collision avoidance, and working speeds.
