Electric automation module LDP1000/0/3/R

LDP1000/0/3/R is the automatic line ideal for the hot molding of symmetrical and asymmetrical, small and medium size pieces. Versatility, precision and speed of work are granted. LDP1000/0/3/R series is composed of three independent workstations: Roughing station (200 Tons Force) Molding station (800 Tons Force) Deburring Station (200 Tons Force) Each station comes with the upper and the lower ejector, independent and programmable. The line is endowed with two six axis robots with special tongs. The line is equipped with a lubrication and blowing system for the molds. The HMI (human machine interface) is controlled by a computer system. The operator would just enter the production data. The high resolution infrared sensor assured the temperature control.
