Mechanical descaling machine TECH-600/M

The axes handling system of the clamping jaws, the milling upper and lower heads, the transport shuttle and the centering group are all on electric motion control. There aren't any pipes with hydraulic oil on the machine and so doing, this system excludes the possibility of fire, increasing the safety level in work area. The new cooling system for tools allows to operate safely at high temperatures up to 1300 °C. The descaling tool groups are highly resistant and assembled on two oscillating head groups so that it is possible to also work pieces with out of square cuttings. The user interface is easy and fast to use requiring just a few data to be entered. On request of the customer, TECH-600/M series can be interconnected with the reheating furnace and the hydraulic press.
