Technai Team's CHR 50/63 Servo-Actuator for Drive-Nuts deliver rational feedback to drives, for heavy-duty axes of industrial machine tools. These actuators are generally utilized for spindle shaft support applications at either ends, pre-tensioning operations, and overall global stability of transmission kinematic calculation rates.
The CHR 50/63 is available in two size configurations: DN 80 and DN 100. These size configurations identify total diameter of the screws passing through the modules. They feature bearing structures with connection interfaces to the machine carriages, dual-crowns angular-contact ball bearings with 60° angular capabilities in the precision class P4, and synchronous servomotors complete with permanent magnets (integrated into the hollow shafts). Liquid-type cooling circuits built into the wound-up stators, and high-quality measuring systems are also showcased.
