Multi-layer kraft paper filters are designed to capture mist and overspray in spray booths for paint or liquid products.
This filter is composed of several layers of flame-retardant kraft paper, slit, stretched, and layered using the baffle filter principle. It is available in four versions, with an evolving number of paper layers depending on the volume and type of product being sprayed.
Some versions include an additional polyester wool filter on the air exit side to enhance filtration precision.
A key advantage of this filter is its thin structure, making it suitable for use with flat surface paint/varnish spraying robots.
Since 1992, Technicis Filtration has been a leading manufacturer of paint arresting filters for industrial spray booths.
