According to EC machinery directive IEC 60034-30-1 this type is not permitted anymore for continuous operation. IE2 with higher efficiency for continuous operation on frequency inverter IE3 with once more increased efficiency direct on power network Within the same motor size, our motors have identical dimensions for all efficiency classes acc. to IEC 60034-30-1
