All-in-one laser station* with on-board camera, material database and multi-level function Graphix is an all-in-one station with on-board marking head and electronics designed for stationary use. It uses fiber laser technology. The markings can be made on small to medium sized parts in many materials such as metals and plastics. The marking possibilities are numerous: alphanumeric characters, drawings, logos or Datamatrix. Its small footprint, thanks in particular to its 2-position power-assisted door, allows it to be easily installed in a workshop. t has a loading capacity of 500 x 500 x 400 mm and a working area of 100 x 100 mm or 140 x 140 mm depending on the focal length. Its advantage? An intelligent software with a material database to make markings in only 2 clicks! Simply select the material of the part and the desired marking effect. The marking head is equipped with an on-board camera which, thanks to the Smart View function, offers the possibility of visualising the rendering and positioning of the marking on the screen. There is no need to move the part for the marking to be well placed, the marking adapts to your part because everything can be controlled from the screen. This also facilitates multi-level marking in 3 dimensions. The Graphix station is therefore a machine suitable for both novices and experts. The Graphix laser marking machine meets different needs thanks to its 3 available powers (20W, 30W and 50W), but also thanks to its various accessories, such as the automatic door, the rotary axes for marking in all positions or the side openings to allow the passage of bars and long parts.
