Temperature control systems from the integrat vario series are based on cyclic mould temperature control, a cyclically variable temperature control process.
The systems from the integrat vario cs series are run on water and operate at a temperature of up to 160°C, while the integrat vario wh allows water temperatures of up to 200°C. Both units are of modular design and essentially consist of three modules. This allows the configuration to be tailored to specific process requirements in each case. The wall of the mould is heated by a pressurised water temperature control unit, while cooling is provided by a temperature control unit with a highly efficient heat exchanger. Switching between the heating and cooling phase is controlled by a valve switching unit positioned close to the mould cavity.
Precise switching is ensured by a highly dynamic control system. Temperature control systems from the integrat vario series deliver fast heating and cooling rates for low energy consumption.
