Automatic packaging of flour (as well as cereals) in ready-made paper bags with a folding flat bottom. At the exit of the line, packages in the form of a brick are formed. Automatic flour packing line, produced by ‘Technowagy’ Ltd., is intended for packing of flour and cereals in paper bags. Principle of operation: On the line, packages are automatically taken from the cumulative store, they open and are fed to the position of automatic pouring of the product. In the process of further movement the package is closed, the top of the upper seam is folded and glued to the body of the package. Next, the packets move to the group packaging line, in which the blocks of packages are formed. The formed block is wrapped in a shrink film and then passes through the heat tunnel. Production time is about 3 months.
