Description

Equipment for the production of aerated concrete “Technowagy” Ltd. is intended for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete. Cellular concrete is one of the effective building materials, intended for use as: – wall material for low-rise construction; – for internal partitions of all types of buildings; – laying material inside the walls of ordinary bricks; – insulation of external walls; – attic insulation; – insulation of roofs of industrial buildings; – production of lightweight floor structures; – for heat and sound insulation bases for parquet or linoleum; – manufacturing of heat-insulating structures for pipelines, gas ducts, furnaces and other thermal units. Non-autoclaved aerated concrete is becoming an increasingly popular material in Ukraine and in European countries. Aerated concrete is actively used in low-rise and frame construction due to its technical features. In particular, aerated concrete has a high ability to sound and heat insulation, resistance to temperature extremes, and is also able to withstand significant loads. This allows you to achieve significant savings in heating, as well as during wall insulation. The material is easy enough to process – for the correction of the size and shape of the blocks it is not required the use of complex tools. In addition, aerated concrete blocks with a sufficiently impressive size are lightweight, which allows to do the construction without the use of special mechanisms for lifting. Due to this, construction time is not only reduced, but labor costs are also reduced, which ultimately allows achieving significant savings.
