TECHNOLOGY Automatic dispenser with sequential gravimetric dosing. SIMPLICITY The delivery of colorants is dispensed through the actuation of a single shutter located on the bottom of each canister. This allows dosage of the colorant directly into the tin from the canister avoiding all the issues arising from the management of the pumping systems of other machines. CONTROL The dosing management software, in constant communication with the balance, allows the real time adjustment of the shutter opening. This provides a highly accurate dispense of each colorant. TECHNICAL FEATURES DOSING Idea Industrial is a sequential dispenser with gravimetric control. The electronic scale allows to check that the dispensing quantity matches the required quantity. Minimum dosing: 0.1 g (depending on colorant viscosity). Scale maximum load 35 kg Maximum can diameter 350 mm Maximun can height 480 mm CANISTERS Canisters of 4.5 L in stainless steel with bottom in POM, suitable for any kind of colorant. AUTOMATIC STIRRING The stirring cycle takes place automatically in groups of four canisters, with the possibility to set two different stirring times for the products on board, according to the different fluidic characteristics of the colorants. You can also vary these two stirring times during the period when the dispenser is not used. CALIBRATION Calibration necessary during installation only, completely automatic, only one “click†per circuit.
