The device is made from cast steel and its main body is a one-block design. It is reinforced in the points where the stress tends to be higher. It does not use any welded plate for this. The device comes with cutting blades that are made using special hardened steel. These blades are suitable for cutting both small and big diameter iron. Its gears are made from wear-resistant steel whereas hardened and rectified steel is used for making moving parts. The gears are continuously lubricated. It can also be used with remote electric foot pedal.
