Concrete rebar hydraulic cutter Rebar Line 300-HC

The Rebar Line 300-HC is the ideal cutting solution for users looking for a simple but highly productive cutting system. A D300-HC hydraulic shear is placed between two roller benches for loading and unloading the rebars. The infeed roller bench is composed of a 12-meter modular structure, with motorized rollers that allow the automatic advancement of the bars to be cut up to the shear. On the side of the infeed roller bench there is a rack to store the bundle of rebars to be cut. The cutting movement of the shear and the rotation of the motorized rollers are directly controlled by a single electronic panel, to ensure maximum operator safety. The outfeed roller bench is composed of a 6 meters modular structure with non-motorized rollers. The outfeed roller bench is equipped with a mechanical stop to determine the cutting length. On the side of the outfeed roller bench there is a rack to store the cut rebars. The standard version of the Rebar Line 300-HC consists of 12 meters of infeed roller benches and 6 meters of outfeed roller benches, however the modularity of the entire structure allows the customer to choose the layout and length of the benches desired. In the middle of the Rebar Line there is a hydraulic alligator shear model D300-HC. Equipped with an automatic hydraulic hold down device, which holds the bars in position, the D300-HC allows a precise and safe cut of a large quantity of rebars in one stroke, thanks to the special 300mm blades usable on all four sides.
