TAA ANTIFUNGAL TUNNEL / TAA ANTIFUNGAL TREATMENT LINE
Tunnel for applying pimaricin to the surface of the cheeses in order to prevent possible fungal attack. This is normally followed by an air curtain blower, in order to recover excess product, and by a drying tunnel. Adapted to the production and the formats of each customer.
