Cooling plate for the cosmetics industry TC.400 series

The cooling plates are devices designed to facilitate the solidification of the hot-cast material, so as to stabilize it in its final form and prepare it for subsequent packaging. They are made of stainless steel, with the support plate made of anodized aluminum; cooling is performed by an internal gas-fired coil. The condensate is collected by special channels and disposed of. The parameters relating to the plate cooling temperature are fully electronically controllable on special PLC panels.
