The cooling tunnels are developed according to customer specifications (we need the information necessary for the correct sizing) to bring the hot products just dosed to room temperature.
Depending on the characteristics of the product, forced ventilation can be used, from above or from the sides, or a combined action that combines the use of a cooling plate under the products with the ventilation.
The tunnel structure is in stainless steel, with a thick insulation in polystyrene and polyurethane and a fiberglass waterproofing for maximum thermal insulation; the motorization can be mounted directly on board or remotely for larger models.
All the operating parameters, both relative to the operating temperature and to the defrost, are controlled by a dedicated control panel, which can be installed on the machine or - in the case of tunnels inserted in line - integrated within the main electrical panel.
