Description
TECNO 3 designs and manufactures MV1 series single-shaft vertical mixers, designed for preparing fat-based cream and semi-finished products for the chocolate, confectionery and ice cream industry. The vertical scraping agitator ensures optimal mixing, complete product discharge and tub surface cleaning. The system is made entirely of AISI 304 steel. The electrical panel has a touch-screen operator panel and a PLC to set and manage the tank's temperature, the rotation speed of the agitator and the mixing time.
