Designed, built and used for drying food products, ribs and shredded tobacco and pharmaceutical industry. The principle of operation is based on the removal of moisture from food products through forced air circulation dry heat; it is a completely natural process. The machine is equipped with an automatic washing system.

Continuous air treatment module this module of the dryer is made up of:
• Electric fans
• Heat exchange coils that use hot water as the thermal fluid steam; Used to give hot air in forced movement around the product
• Heat recovery units
Continuous drying module
This module consists of continuous conveyor belts arranged over 13 floors stacked resting on special sliding guides, built with carpentry AISI 304 stainless steel metal and modular thermoplastic mats, suitable for use food. The particular arrangement of the belts allows you to work the product in uniform manner.
Automatic washing module
This module consists of a washing tank (located in the lower part of the dryer), lifting pump, closed coil for fluid passage heating (steam/hot water) and manifold with special holes for distribution of the washing water. The washing operations are regulated by PLC and are carried out during periods of production downtime, with the addition of a detergent sanitizing.
Equipped with:
• feed elevator belt to the dryer,
• product exit belt;
• ventilation system governed by an inverter, which allows you to adjust the air speed;
• independent drive system of the conveyor belts, governed by inverter, which allows you to change the drying times, by varying the movement speed of the tapes themselves;
