Designed, built and used for washing horticultural products in water by exploiting the effect “barbotage”, this is generated by blowing air into the water making it tumultuous. At the exit of the tank there is a forced rinsing tunnel using sprayed water jets from spray nozzles. Caratteristiche costruttive Composed by: • electric pump with suction filter tank; • modular thermoplastic mat for food use; • blower to generate the “barbotage” effect; • gearmotor; • rinse tunnel; • electrical control and command panel. Built in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for some mechanics.
