Designed, built and used for cutting fresh tomatoes into two clean or book-like parts coming from the collection, previously washed. It features an alignment and calibration zone of the product, made using pairs of spiral wound rollers and a cutting area. Caratteristiche costruttive Composed by: • pairs of parallel rollers; • cutting system made with n° 4 circular blades of tempered steel, with regulation motorized height according to the type of cut to be made. Built in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for some mechanical parts.
