Tecnomatic vacuum calibration tanks offer flexibility and safety in all phases of production: upper doors in aluminium guarantee rapid calibrator change. The recirculating cooling water system is protected by filters on the supply pumps and can also be set up in bypass mode, for the cleaning of the filter group without interrupting the production cycle. Tecnomatic calibration tanks can be supplied with one or more vacuum zones, which, thanks to anti-noise silencers, do not require filter systems. The advanced design of pumps and vacuum meters ensures constant total control of the vacuum zone, which can be easily monitored with audible and visual alarms (sirens, lamps) which are activated in the case of any fluctuation, including the smallest. Specially designed electronic programmable thermo-regulators and probes maintain constant water temperature.
