German VAKONA automatic brine injectors. They can inject precise amounts of brine in products with or without bone. Even the most viscous brines can be safely and reliably hygienically injected. Available with 9 to 184 needles. CHARACTERISTICS Ideal for injecting brine in meats with and without bone, such as cooked ham, pork, belly, chicken, fish. From 9 to 184 needles depending on the size of the piece of meat. Mechanical head transmission over the needle area. Conveyor belt with programmable movement, made in polyethylene, completely dismantlable for easy cleaning. Hose-free brine feeding system. Fast needle change system. Surplus brine recycling. Double brine filtering. Easy adaptation of the tenderising head.
