Hepair 6000 is the ultimate negative air vacuum solution for the cleaning of HVAC systems. The negative pressure generated in the air ducts captures any particle inside them. The different stages of filtering will retain all these particles, decanting them by their thickness in the different modules. The maximum airflow of the vacuum is 6200 m3/h, which allows to tackle all the tasks no matter how demanding they are. It has an integrated converter to adapt the air suction to the mains electric, thus optimizing the power of the equipment. The Hepair 6000 is a single-phase air duct vacuum that can be plug in to any electric mains regardless of the voltage. Speed, versatility and power in a single unit. It can be transported both horizontally and vertically, and can be used for ducts with a diameter from 300 mm to 1200 mm. It includes an acoustic filter clogging indicator to know when a filter change is necessary. Last but not least, this equipment works with a turbine that doesn’t need maintenance, since it does not work with brushes as conventional motors usually work.
