The idea of ?? a new TEKNOSTAMAP FORMING machine for bread arose from a series of questions and requests made by our sales network and our agents both in the Italian or international market. In other and simple words: considering the accumulated experience and the established know-how over many years of production in the field of Croissants and pastries, why to not develop a molding machine for bread that takes into account and follow this full and imporant experience? Why to not produce a bread machine to follow the technological development and the concepts applied to the croissant machines? So , as a consequence of this insisting inquries, the Teknostamap has immediately committed itself to give some answer or solution. in fact our purpose was to design and build a system that follows the fundamental conditions of our knowledge in pastry and so we have obtained a practical machine, very strong (monolithic: the head of mechanism made in alloy of alluminium for food purpsoses) and efficient for small but especially for medium production.
Its ergonomic design allows the user an easy and handy adjustment to find quickly the most desired form of bread. Its shape and size allow you to place the machine in a group with others machineries and occupy little space.
