Description

A proper cooling device gives the product the right sizing. Using this principle, Teknomast designs and creates cooling systems based on the different types of materials and manufacturing processes. All tanks are made of stainless steel mounted on solid structures. Triple revolution tank Immersion cooling system used to cool plasticized PVC gaskets and tubing without calibration and vacuum. The tank can be 4 or 5 metres long, made of stainless steel plate on a solid structure. The wheels on the base make it easy to move. The tank has a compensation tank on the bearing structure and a recycle pump. In order to improve the cooling operations, based on the size of the product, a system of rollers allows the triple revolution and there is a series of supports to keep the profile submerged. An air blower can be installed at the tank outlet for drying and eliminating water from the product. Calibration and cooling tank BCV model cooling tank for cooling HDPE piping and small boxes with a thickness of about 0.5 mm. The stainless steel tank has a vacuum area inside of which the tubing calibration occurs. In the second part, the product is cooled by being submerged in water.
