The tank can be 4 or 5 metres long, made of stainless steel plate on a solid structure. The wheels on the base make it easy to move. In order to improve the cooling operations, based on the size of the product, a system of rollers allows the triple revolution and there is a series of supports to keep the profile submerged. An air blower can be installed at the tank outlet for drying and eliminating water from the product.
