Calendering machine

Calenders Three cylinder calender with 400 to 2500mm table with 45° or 90° tilt, for processing PVC, PP, PS, PET, etc. 3 hardened steel cylinders with a mirror finish are positioned on a steel structure. The cooling fluid circulates through a gap in the cylinder. Based on the material to be calendered, the best opening and closing system is created. Each cylinder has a motor and reduction unit installed to allow independent rotation. An operator panel on the machine allows the calender parameters to be controlled and checked. In order to facilitate cleaning and production change operations, the machinery is on two wheels that run on tracks attached to the ground.
