Due to the abrasiveness of the wood, PCD tools life is up to x20 times higher than equivalent carbide tipped tools. In addition, much higher feed rates, of up to 15m/min can be reached, while saving time and production cost. Another advantage of the PCD tools on carbide tipped tools is the option to resharpen up to x5 times the tools, while improving cost effectiveness. Telcon has more than 30 years of experience in woodworking PCD tools, applications, and customer requirements. Telcon offers the service of manufacturing and resharpening as well. For long lasting woodworking in MDF, Melamine, Birch, Corian, Laminated and Particleboard. Higher stock removals, with feed rates of up to 10,000 mm/min. Depth of cuts up to 25mm. RPM up to 24,000. The 12mm tool body is made from stronger tungsten alloy for higher tool life, depth of cuts and feed rates. Can be resharpened up to x5 times.
