Due to the abrasiveness of the wood, PCD tools life is up to x20 times higher than equivalent carbide tipped tools. In addition, much higher feed rates, of up to 15m/min can be reached, while saving time and production cost. Another advantage of the PCD tools on carbide tipped tools is the option to resharpen up to x5 times the tools, while improving cost effectiveness. Telcon has more than 30 years of experience in woodworking PCD tools, applications, and customer requirements. Telcon offers the service of manufacturing and resharpening as well. One working step of slotting and grooving in MDF wood. 2 cutting edges for the groove and 1 cutting edge for the slot. Optimal shear angle for smooth and clean finished cut. RPM up to 24,000. Can be resharpened up to x5 times.
