Description

Extended-Centigrid Hermetically Sealed Package, Through-Hole Mounted, Non-Latching SPDT The ultraminiature Series RF131 is built on TeledyneRelays’ heritage of miniature RF relays, and isdesigned to provide a compact electromechanicalswitching solution with broadband RF performancefrom DC to 12GHz in a leaded, hand solderablepackage. The RF131 relay incorporates a precision50Ω transmission line in the contact system whichprovides for optimum RF transmission characteristics. These relays are designed for use in RF attenuators,RF switch matrices, high frequency spreadspectrum radios, ATE, and other applications thatrequire dependable high frequency signal fidelity andperformance. The low power consumption makes theRF131 suitable for applications where power budget isrestricted. • High Repeatability • Wide Bandwidth Performance • Higher Isolation Between Each Signal Path • Metal Enclosure for EMI Shielding • High Isolation Between Control and Signal Paths • High Resistance to ESD The unique construction features and manufacturing techniques provide excellent robustness forenvironmental extremes and overall reliability: • Minimum mass components and welded construction provide maximum resistance to shock and vibration • Advanced cleaning techniques provide maximum assurance of internal cleanliness • Gold-plated precious metal alloy contacts ensure reliable switching • Hermetic Seal • RoHS Compliant
