The Load Resistors (load banks) are the most technically advanced, most reliable and cheapest way to perform load tests on electrical power sources and are used in a variety of applications such as:
- factory testing of engine diesel generator sets
- periodic tests of stand-by generator sets
- UPS testing
- Battery testing
- Factory testing of turbines

Specifically, the resistors can have the following characteristics:

- Voltage up to 36 KV
- Use of resistive materials with low temperature coefficient to guarantee a stable load during the tests

- Load steps adjustable through local and remote control systems
