Specifically designed for use in the food industry, thanks to the excellent resistance to washing and to chemical aggressives as well as to their fitting with stainless steel brackets. The use of blue plastic components is often required by food companies because of the high visibility of the blue tone. It assists in quickly identifying any particle which may accidentally end up in contact with the food, thus minimizing the risk of contamination. Moreover, it is easier to ensure the cleanliness of the castors as spores, mould, food residues and detergents are more visible in comparison to wheels of other colors. These wheels are intended mainly for static uses, for medium-heavy load. The excellent rolling resistance ensures that minimum effort is needed in handling, but only on smooth floors. Examples of recommended applications: meat, fish and vegetable processing machines, mixers.
