Automatic filling and capping machine for jams and creams
Rotary filling and capping monoblock for liquid and creamy food products into glass jars or plastic containers, composed of:
• Filling with volumetric dosers
• Cap placement with Pick&Place device
• Magnetic feeder to load the twist-off caps on the belt
• Denester for plastic lids on the belt
• Capping of twist-off aluminum cap
Format changeover: capping of plastic lid by pressure
Hourly production: 1500 pcs/h with 250ml.
The automatic filling and capping machine has several possibilities of customization according to customer requirements, for instance it can be a jam filling machine as well as a cosmetic filling machine.
