Its sturdy stainless steel structure allows you to have a stand alone machine, in which the operator works while standing. The semi automatic filling machine is a very versatile piston filler and is used in the food, as well as in the cosmetic and chemical industries. Equipped with a sturdy and solid stainless steel structure with wheels or feet, it can be moved to different production areas. It can be used for: • FOODS such as jams, sauces, tomato sauces, patés and condiments in general, yogurt, milk, stracciatella, panna cotta; • COSMETICS such as shampoos, creams, shower gels, conditioners, oils; • CHEMICALS such as insecticides, liquid fertilizers, paints, enamels, inks, detergents, disinfectants, acrylic colours. The filling operation is carried out by one of our volumetric piston filling machines of your choice, made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel and assembled with tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly during cleaning and maintenance. Depending on the application, the machine can be equipped with valves for dense products, thread-cutting and anti-drip valves, standard conical hoppers, heated hoppers and/or with stirrer.
