Linear piston filling and capping machine designed for hot fruit juices with pulp in plastic bottles with pre-threaded cap. The machine is suitable for filling fluid and dense foods such as sauces, tomato sauces, pâtés, mayonnaise, ketchup, dressing sauces. This linear piston filling and capping machine is composed of: • Rotary loading table for empty bottles; • Piston filler with 4 piston volumetric dispensers , with upward dispensing electrically controlled by brushless motor; • Manual placing of the cap carried out by the operator; • Automatic capping, electrically managed via brushless motor; • Rotary unloading table for filled and capped bottles. The product is fed into the linear piston filling and capping machine through a heated 80Lt. horizontal hopper with agitator: this keeps the product at temperature and the pieces inside well blended. The machine can be customized with capsule capping solutions, labeling solutions and inkjet marking.
