Automatic 6-heads linear filling and capping machine for food products such as yogurt, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, dressing sauces, fruit juices. Volumetric linear piston filling and capping machine suitable to fill liquid and dense food products into glass jars or bottles with twist-off cap. This linear filling and capping machine is designed to handle food products such as sauces, tomato sauces, yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, dressing sauces. ‍The containers are moved by a screw driven by a brushless motor, which guarantees precision in positioning the jar during the filling operation and its movement on the belt. The anti-drop valves are mounted on an up-down column driven by a brushless motor, automatically adjustable in height from the control panel. There is also the possibility of bottom-up filling. This bottle piston filling machine consists of: • Rotary loading table for empty jars; • Filling station with 6 piston volumetric dosers; • Screw for jars handling; • Horizontal 250 L hopper; • Linear capping machine with magnetic caps feeder; • Rotary accumulation table for filled and capped jars. It is possible to customize the bottle piston filling machine with heated dosers, or with hoppers with stirrer and heating system. The line can be completed with labeling stations and inkjet marker. The linear bottle piston filling machine can also be used in other sectors: • CHEMICAL for filling pesticides, detergents, fertilizers, herbicides, paints, varnishes • COSMETIC for filling shampoos, creams, shower gels, oils, lotions.
