Contact heads in copper or braids: the two contact heads, one of which is fixed and the other can be positioned manually or automatically, allow precise adjustment to the length of the workpiece being tested. Precise adjustment: setting the test power is based on the expected magnetizing current (Amperes) to ensure safe and reliable testing. This adjustment is considerably simplified compared to traditional magnetic pallets, which required complex adjustments using standard analog potentiometers.
