We build liquid penetrant testing stations and tables for tests to be performed according with relevant standards in a safe and ergonomic environment. Each system is made according to the specific needs of the individual client, starting from three models: PRO, ECO and TERRA. We also make totally customized and custom-designed booths. Customization according to the client’s needs: tailor-made according to the specific requirements, ensuring perfect adaptability to any operating context. Quality structure and materials: construction in AISI 304 stainless steel and panels in aluminum-PS sandwich composite material, guaranteeing durability and high performance. Compliance with regulations: strict adherence to international standards such as ASME Sect. V Art.6, ASTM E1417, ISO 3059 and ISO 3452. Simple and practical installation: the booths are installed directly on the ground, without the need of any foundations or excavations, and are easily movable with a forklift. Ergonomics and accessibility: rotating tables for parts inspection, with variable dimensions and capacity. Safety and Maintenance: •Stainless steel liquid collection tank with tap to facilitate emptying. •Advanced suction systems with interchangeable filters and splash protection. •Differential pressure gauge to monitor the filters. •Optimal lighting: LED projectors that provide illumination greater than 1,000 lux, essential for precision machining. •Integrated storage: the PRO series includes dedicated spaces for materials, tools, and various accessories.
