Semi-automatic or high production demoulding Cheese demoulding using an adjustable compressed-air system, taking care of the product’s integrity through the whole process. High production Capable of demoulding up to 7 moulds per minute. Adaptable according to format The design of the system is thought-out and planned to adapt to different moulds required on the production line. Semi-automatic machines We develop projects for small and medium producers, ergonomic systems to optimise industrial processes. Capable of working with different formats, simply by changing the corresponding format kit. This works by injecting compressed air through the mould’s microperforations, ejecting the cheese onto a conveyor. The conveyor rises up to the cheese output point to prevent impacts as it drops.
